Puppy Kindergarten is for Puppies 8-20 weeks.
Get your puppy off to a good start with Puppy Kindergarten. Your pup will learn basic obedience, such as sit, down, stay, recalls, leave-it and loose leash walking. More importantly, your new best friend will be able to socialize with other puppies the same age. We will discuss housebreaking, chewing, nipping and all the ups and downs of puppy parenthood.
At the end of each session, all pups are eligible to take the American Kennel Club's S.T.A.R. Puppy Exam. Your pup can earn his first title. For more information go to http://www.akc.org.
All puppies should show proof of Distemper Vaccination Combo shot. Worried about vaccination status? Here is the American Veterinary Society of Animal Behavior (AVSAB) Position Statement on Puppy Socialization.

Do you find yourself saying, “My puppy used to be so cute” ? The tiny perfect puppy you brought home is now growing like a weed, stealing goodies from the counter and running away when you call him. That adorable puppy greeting now feels like you have been tackled by linebacker. The good news is that you have a perfectly normal adolescent- but that’s also the bad news! We will teach you strategies to not only cope with these behaviors but help your teenager thrive.
This class for pups between 5 months to 2 years.

The Canine Good Citizen Program stresses responsible pet ownership for owners and basic good manners for dogs. This 5-week training program prepares teams for a 10-step test assessing common skills, like come when called, stay, walk on leash and be left with a stranger. All dogs who pass the 10-step CGC test may receive a certificate from the American Kennel Club.
This is an Advanced Class and your dog should demonstrate Basic Manners and Manners 2 skills. This class will help refine them in order to take the CGC Test on the 5th week.
It is the first step toward becoming a Therapy Dog and a Competition Obedience career. In addition, some homeowner owner insurance policies may require the certification.

Inspired by working detection dogs, Scentwork (AKA Nosework) is a fun search and scenting activity for most dogs and people. This easy to learn activity and sport builds confidence and focus in many dogs, and provides a safe way to keep dogs fit and healthy through mental and physical exercise.
It starts with getting your dog excited about using his nose to seek out a favorite toy or treat reward hidden in one of several boxes, expanding the game to entire rooms, exterior areas, and vehicles. As your dog grows more confident with his nose, target odors are introduced, and competition skills are taught.
